In the beginning, Studio Soul Couleur will gather your information to define the context and goals of your project.
After you book your interior concept online, you will receive a set of bespoke questions to help understand your needs, passions, hopes, and wishes.
Together, we will define what makes your project unique and clarify the main objectives and timeframe.
Open understanding and honest, straightforward communication are essential for the process.
The goals of your project are of great importance.
To ensure your new space truly reflects your intentions, it is crucial to provide sufficient visual material and accurate measurements – all handled easily online and with flexibility.After you submit your files, the project will be checked for feasibility and the questionnaire will then be sent to you. Please note, that no technical drawings, kitchens, or sanitary rooms will be planned.
Then Studio Soul Couleur gets started.

When your information is received, the studio analyzes your design intentions, unique goals, and the market trends relevant to your tailored project.
It defines the situations that need to be addressed and gathers inspiration and reference materials that outline the overall concept direction.
Careful research and analysis include reviewing, identifying, and clearly documenting all findings to ensure the process remains structured and transparent.
Practicality, beauty, and function are thoughtfully combined to complete your project and respond to your needs and concerns. -
During concept development, the studio will generate multiple design ideas based on analysis and research. Your concept will be refined, promising, and thoughtfully curated.
At this stage, the entire collection will be defined.All packages include:
Personal client insights
Design intention and briefing
Color palette
Material board
One final 2D space plan
Furniture selections
Online shopping list
Sustainable items selected for inclusion in the final concept
Definition and collection of ecological materials used in your concept
Note:
You can also add toppings such as 3D renderings, biophilic concepts, or art concepts to your booked interior concept.Studio Soul Couleur will send you your interior design concept within 4–6 weeks after receiving all necessary information. The exact duration depends on the scope and content of your project.

The studio loves the idea of a “satisfaction guarantee,” and therefore you will receive post-design support for two weeks to adjust and refine any aspects that you feel need to be rethought.
You can also choose an optional care package with warranty and maintenance information, along with helpful tips such as care details sent directly to you. -
After the design support phase is refined and finalized, and all your expectations have been integrated into your interior design concept, the studio will thank you from the heart.
