INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & WITHDRAWAL FORM
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity:
A. Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal for goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days and begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at www.studiosoulcouleur.com. If you use this online function, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of receipt.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value results from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to
customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal
needs.

Special information in the event of early commencement of performance:
If you request that performance of the digital service begin during the withdrawal period,
you must submit an express request to us. If you request that
performance of the digital service begin during the withdrawal period, you will lose your
right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the service and have
provided you with a copy or confirmation pursuant to Section 5(2) or Section 7(3) FAGG.
If, at your express request, we have already begun performing the service before expiry of the
withdrawal period, you are obliged to pay us a reasonable amount
corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us
of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in comparison with the total scope of services
provided for in the contract.
